Suman provided general information about menstruation, Aditi Lal emphasized the significance of yoga and a balanced diet during these days, Jaya shed light on the social aspects, and Avantika discussed diseases related to menstrual health. The organization distributed health and safety booklets, iron tablets, and complimentary sanitary napkins to further support women's well-being.
